Hollywood heavyweight Brad Pitt has hinted that he’s open to teaming up with fellow A-lister Tom Cruise again—but with one humorous caveat: no more dangling from airplanes.

During a recent interview, Pitt was asked about the possibility of reuniting with Cruise on screen, decades after their last collaboration in the 1994 film Interview with the Vampire. While he expressed admiration for Cruise’s work ethic and box-office dominance, Pitt made it clear he’s not quite as enthusiastic about the action-packed extremes Cruise is known for.

“I’d absolutely be open to working with Tom again,” Pitt said with a grin. “But I’ll leave the plane-hanging, motorcycle-flipping stunts to him.”

Tom Cruise, of course, is famous for doing his own stunts, especially in the Mission: Impossible franchise—most notably a high-altitude scene in which he clings to the side of a flying aircraft.

Pitt, who’s known for his versatility and nuanced performances in films like Fight Club, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, and Babylon, added a touch of humor when comparing their on-set approaches:

“Let’s just say I prefer to keep my feet on the ground.”

The playful remark sparked excitement among fans, many of whom have long wished for a Cruise–Pitt reunion on screen. While there’s no confirmed project in the works, the mere idea of the two stars joining forces again has Hollywood buzzing.
